Low cost wood chipper machine/branch chipper machine

The drum wood chipper is composed of the machine body, knife roll, upper and lower feed rollers, conveyor, hydraulic system. The machine body is welded by the high-strength sheet steel which is the bearing base of the whole machine.

There are two, three or four flexible knives are installed on the knife roller, through thrust piece, the flexible knives can be fixed on the knife roller by the special made fly-cutter bolt. According to the thickness of the raw materials, the upper feed rollers can float up or down in some scope with the help of the hydraulic system. The qualified wood chips dropped out through the screen, discharged from the bottom, the big wood chips will be cut again in the machine.

Hydraulic system: From oil pump to hydro-cylinder, can start the cover cap, easy to change the knives, when maintaining, the upper feed roller can be put up, easy to adjusted the gap of the flexible knives and dead knives, also easy to dismounting the pectin.
